Our menu
Starter: cold cuts and regional cheese with honey and jam, crostini and flat bread.
Mains: Tacconi with cheek lard and cherry tomatoes. Sliced beef with sea salt, balsamic vinegar and Raggiola olive oil.
Dessert: home-made tiramisù

Open Cellars 2016
Cantine Mariotti takes part to the most important wine tourism event in Italy, “Open Cellars“.
We are waiting for you on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. for a wine tasting matched to our typhical products.
Our wines will be combined:
- On saturday with traditional italian sandwiches made by “Pianino – street food“,
- On sunday with seasonal appetizers organized by country house “Glicine Bianco“

Easter Tasting
The farm proposes during the Easter days – April 25th – May 1st, tastings within their own dedicated premises or outdoor to enjoy the spring campaign.
An opportunity to taste the wines of recent vintages and selections combined with cold cuts, cheeses and desserts.

The wine cellar Mariotti thanks all the people who took part at the opening of the new premises on the occasion of the “Open Cellars 2013”.
The Bianchello wine and the Giro d’Italia
In 2009, when the Giro reached the tops of our main mountains (Monte Nerone, Catria, Monte Petrano), the wine cellar had the honour being able to bottle an excellent vintage “Bianchello” with the label of the Centenary of the Giro d’ Italia.
Today there are still a few bottles for passionate collectors.
Farm as an educational farm
We consider important to introduce school children, the rhythms of nature linked to the seasons and to the work of farmers.

“Azienda Agricola Mariotti” was established in 1930, in a small town called Montemaggiore. This town is of particular importance for its location at the heart of the historical Metauro River Valley, where grapes and olives have always been grown since ancient times.
