“CODE ABOUT PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION”

According to Art. 13 of the Code about personal data protection (Law decree 196/03), we inform you that your data are treated by Azienda Agricola Mariotti Cesare, owner of the treatment, in compliance with the established, and in particular:

1. Aims of treatment
The treatment to which the personal data are and will be subjected and collected through our has the following purposes:

  • fulfil the request.

Computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the Internet communication protocols.
This information are not collected to be associated with interested identified, but by their own nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, time of request, method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and the computer environment of the user.
These data are only used to obtain anonymous statistics on site usage and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. 8. Rights of the involved person
According to Art. 7 of the Code about personal data protection

  1. The involved person has the right to get confirmation about the existence or not of personal data,
    even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
  2. The involved person has the right to obtain information about:
    a. origin of the personal data;
    b. purposes and methods of treatment;
    c. the logic applied in case of treatment with the aid of electronic instruments;
    d. the identity of the owner, manager and representative appointed pursuant to art. 5, paragraph 2;
    e. the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.
  3. The involved person has the right to obtain:
    a. the updating, correction or, when interested, integration of the data;
    b. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    c. certification that the operations in letters [a-b] have been brought to the attention, also concerning their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or spread, except where this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
  4. The involved person has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
    a. for legitimate reasons to the processing of his personal data, even if pertinent to collection purposes;
    b. to the processing of his personal data concerning sending of advertising materials or direct selling or carrying out market research or commercial communication.
