This information are not collected to be associated with interested identified, but by their own nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.   3. The involved person has the right to obtain:
    a. the updating, correction or, when interested, integration of the data;
    b. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
    c. certification that the operations in letters [a-b] have been brought to the attention, also concerning their content, of those to whom the data were communicated or spread, except where this requirement proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
  4. The involved person has the right to oppose, in whole or in part:
    a. for legitimate reasons to the processing of his personal data, even if pertinent to collection purposes;
    b. to the processing of his personal data concerning sending of advertising materials or direct selling or carrying out market research or commercial communication.
